General Terms

Your reservations could be made with us either by email or over the phone.Please acknowladge that we do require valid credit card details or a deposit to hold a confirmed booking.Once we acquire one of the above, your booking would be held as confirmed solely for your requested time period.



 Confirmed Bookings

All confirmed bookings would be held by the reservation system until the date of guest's arrival and due amount in full is expected to be made on arrival.

If you require any changes to the original resrvation, please ensure that ample time notice is given and in some cases we may be able to help under the circumstances.

 Special Conditions

High demand for accommodation at times may lead to applying special conditions on reservations.In some cases, minimum stay periods, full payment at the time of the confirmation or terms such as "non refundable", "no cancellation".In such cases,under no circumstance we establish the reservations without your acceptance.

 Cancellation Policy

All confirmed reservations made with us under general terms would require minimum 48 hour notice period for cacellation.Please be aware that failing to do so would oblige for the full cost of the stay.We would take all possible measures to replace the resrvation on behalf. If the opportunity does not exist to establish a reservation under the same terms and conditions,We may invoice or charge full or a portion of the total amount through to the credit card supplied, to recover lost revenue.
